Milton Copeland III is the President of the East Vancouver Association. He and his wife saw a lack of participation in the area, and they took the initiative to revive a long standing district that once was a powerhouse for Clark County Football and Cheer. Milton is from Grand Rapids, MI, and grew up with very humble beginnings. The product of a single mom and a father in prison, He's overcome a lot to become a successful business owner in Clark County, which he's called home for the past eighteen years. Milton is the father of 5 kids, with two currently enrolled in the Pop Warner program. His passion and kids-first approach makes him a great leader and mentor for Evergreens youths.
